How Knotkindle began

Knotkindle started with a simple care question: what would it look like if the support around a hair appointment felt as thoughtful as the appointment itself?

The prelaunch is intentionally focused. It begins with a clear daily local forecast for Washington, DC and a client-care foundation that gives the moments around an appointment somewhere to land, so clients feel prepared and the craft can stay at the center of the visit.

That means a clear first hello, useful preparation in good time, and room for a next chapter of aftercare when you are ready. The wider roadmap will grow from that first useful slice rather than pretending every planned idea is already available.
