The Crown Collective
Community guidelines and safety agreement
Readable community guidance for respectful conversation, safety reporting, and the review path. Current version: crown-collective-safety-v2.
Respectful interaction
Treat people in the Crown Collective as real people deserving of care, patience, and dignity. Share feedback in good faith, respect boundaries, and leave room for different experiences and perspectives.
- Use a direct, considerate tone, even when you disagree.
- Do not publish someone else’s private information or personal contact details.
- Respect a request to stop, a block, or a decision not to continue a conversation.
Belonging and no racial profiling
Racial profiling is prohibited in the Crown Collective. Do not make assumptions, single someone out, or treat them as suspicious because of their race, ethnicity, skin tone, hair, culture, language, or perceived background.
Make space for people to participate without having to defend who they are. If a conversation causes harm, pause, listen, and choose care over speculation or accusation.
Harassment and spam are prohibited
Do not target, intimidate, demean, threaten, or repeatedly contact another person. Harassment includes discriminatory abuse, personal attacks, doxxing, and attempts to move unwanted conduct around a block or boundary.
Spam is prohibited. Do not flood the community, repeat the same post, send unsolicited promotions, post deceptive links, or use the messaging surface for bulk outreach. Keep messages relevant to the relationship and service context.
Threat-related language and urgent safety concerns
Threats of violence, credible statements about imminent harm, or language that makes someone reasonably fear for their safety should be flagged for urgent review, not handled only as a routine warning.
For an urgent Crown Collective safety concern, email knotkindletap@polsia.app with “Urgent Crown Collective safety concern” in the subject and include the relevant context. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (911 in the United States); email is not an emergency service.
If a concern needs review
Please share a concern with knotkindletap@polsia.app so the Owner can review it with care and preserve the relevant context. We will not ask community members to investigate one another or resolve safety concerns alone.
The current app does not yet provide a member post-submission flow or automated repeated-post review state. The exact-post warning, Owner/Admin notification, temporary restriction, investigation record, and Owner-approved restoration process are therefore not active in this version.
What this agreement means
This agreement is community guidance for using the Crown Collective. Accepting it means you agree to help keep the space welcoming, avoid racial profiling and spam, and respect boundaries. It does not promise or guarantee legal compliance, a particular outcome, or an emergency response.
